Spring Furman University Engagement Session

When Amanda reached out to me to do her and Matt’s engagement session, I just knew we were the perfect fit. Why, you ask? Because one of the first things she mentioned was wanting their beloved furbaby to be a part of the session! And Furman University was the perfect spot for their engagement session!

Y’all know how much I looove dogs (just check out my about me section). And I love when my couples can include them in their wedding experience! After setting our date and planning and finalizing on Furman University, we got rained out. Luckily, our rain check date was a stunning May afternoon, and Amanda and Matt looked perfect!

I have to say one of my favorite parts of this session was how beautiful Furman was! The weather was not too hot and not too cold. There were almost zero bugs, although a dragonfly did land on Matt right as I snapped the final photograph! Plus, we basically had the entire campus to ourselves! It was just a perfect afternoon! I am so thankful to have spent it laughing with these guys, even if we did get a tad lost! PSA- I am not the best person with directions, just ask my kids. I frequently miss exits… its kinda my thing lol.

To be totally honest, Mia stole the show for this spring engagement session at Furman University! Their cute little Maltese stayed with us the entire session with help from Amanda’s mom and brother (thanks guys!) Mia was just too cute, and she knew it too!! Don’t believe me?
