St. Augustine Garden Engagement Session

Windy, Cold, And Beautiful

Kelsey and Andrew flew all the way from the windy city for their engagement session set in this beautiful garden and beach. I know that Chicago isn’t called the windy city because of the literal wind, but these two definitely brought some cold and wind with them! We had so much fun enjoying the garden and were so thankful for the beautiful blooms.

I can’t get over what a sweet couple these two are. Kelsey’s smile is crazy contagious! One thing I absolutely take for granted is the trees. Kelsey loved that there was such a crazy variety of trees here. Honestly, I never noticed it.. but when I manage to frame Kelsey and Andrew with a banana tree in the foreground and a oak tree in the background, I really grapsed what she was talking about. We are so lucky to be able to enjoy wild Florida! After the gardens, we headed over to the beach….

And Then It Got Really Cold…

I’m going to go out on a limb and say this was the coldest beach session I have ever done (and I’ve had an engagement session in early February before!) Our toes, faces, fingers were freezing! The wind was the worst part! But these two are so filled with contagious joy that you can’t even tell! I am so thankful for our time together, frozen fingers and all!

Until next time!
